McLaren Senna

Designed as the ultimate expression of track-focused performance, named in honor of Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna. With its extreme aerodynamics, lightweight carbon construction, and twin-turbocharged V8, the Senna pushed the boundaries of road-legal hypercars. Its aggressive styling and towering rear wing made it instantly recognizable as one of McLaren’s most radical creations.

This RC version uses Tamiya’s versatile TT-02 chassis, upgraded with a brushless motor for smooth, high-performance driving. The TT-02’s durable shaft-driven 4WD system provides a reliable platform for the Senna body, while its tunability makes it a favorite among enthusiasts. A highlight of this build is the custom 3D-printed rear wing, which is servo-actuated—replicating the active aerodynamics of the real Senna in miniature form.

The body is finished in black metallic with subtle blue flakes, giving it a deep, shimmering effect under light. Tinted side glass adds to the aggressive, stealthy appearance while emphasizing the Senna’s sculpted lines. Combined with the detailed body, custom aero, and brushless-powered TT-02 chassis, this build captures both the technical innovation and dramatic presence of McLaren’s track weapon.
