Porsche 356 C 1600

Introduced in 1963, was the last and most refined version of Porsche’s first production sports car. With its disc brakes, elegant curves, and the reliable 1.6-liter flat-four, the 356 C represented a perfect balance of style and drivability. As the final evolution of the model that established Porsche’s reputation, it remains a beloved classic among enthusiasts and collectors worldwide.

This RC version uses a 1/10 M-size 356 C body mounted on the MST TCR-M chassis, configured with the motor positioned behind the rear wheels to authentically mirror the full-scale car’s rear-engine layout. The setup provides a driving feel that echoes the handling traits of the original 356, blending scale accuracy with realistic performance. The car is finished in solid dark blue with a custom 3D-printed interior depicting Gatsby and Shane, making it a true miniature of the real 356 C sitting in the garage.

To enhance authenticity, the model also features custom 3D-printed rims paired with threaded 1960s-style tires, completing the period-correct look. Underneath, a Spektrum brushless motor and Savox servo deliver smooth, reliable performance, ensuring the car drives as good as it looks. With its attention to detail, unique personalization, and carefully chosen components, this build is both a faithful replica and a celebration of Porsche’s enduring classic.
